Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of netprobe24.work (the “site”), published by NetProbe24 Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
The site publishes independent reviews of network utilities for Microsoft Windows, together with guides on where to download each program, how to install it and how to use it. It contains explanations, screenshots, example commands and links to the developers’ official websites. Example addresses and host names in the guides are illustrative.
Responsible use
The programs we review are administration tools. Use them on networks, computers and servers you own or are authorised to administer, and follow your organisation’s IT policies and applicable law. You are responsible for how you use any software you download and for any change you make to your own systems.
No professional advice, no warranty
The content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Systems differ; settings that suit one network may not suit another. Test changes, keep backups, and follow your change-control process.

Every program reviewed here is third-party software. We do not host, distribute, sell or support any of it. Your download and use of each program are governed by its developer’s own licence, and any purchase is between you and that developer or its payment provider. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. We receive no payment or commission for any link on this site.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETPROBE24 MEDIA LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. BECAUSE THE SITE IS FREE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO IT IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). Indemnity

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you a mandatory right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the update. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
