What to write in

Corrections. A step that no longer matches the current version of a tool is worth a note; entries carry dates and get updated.
Screenshot credits. If an image is yours and uncredited, say so; it gets attributed or removed.
Tool suggestions. The log covers three scanners and a method, and stays deliberately small — but good candidates are noted.
