What this site is
NetProbe24 collects field notes on three network scanners and one habit — keeping a device roster. Every entry describes something actually run on real home and small-office networks: the timings, the findings and the misses are logged as they happened, not rounded into marketing.
How entries are tested
- Each tool runs with default settings unless the entry says otherwise.
- Timings come from ordinary hardware over an ordinary WiFi or wired link.
- Disagreements between tools are reported, not reconciled away — the disagreement is usually the finding.
Screenshots
Interface images come from the vendors' own published materials and remain their property. They illustrate the software under discussion; this site claims no ownership and ships no binaries of its own.
Download links
Buttons labelled as downloads pass through a small gate service that checks the request and hands back the vendor's file location when allowed. If the gate declines, nothing happens — and the vendor's own page is always linked nearby as the manual route.
Contact
Corrections, stale instructions and credit requests go through the contact page. Entries get fixed rather than defended.
